Rules governing use of packcovetravel.com

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://packcovetravel.com. The Site and PACKCOVE TRAVEL store are operated by AeroStock LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity under your account.

Store information and acceptable use

We aim to present products, prices, availability, colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing tolerances may affect appearance. You may not misuse the Site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the Site for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, payment failure, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel an accepted paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site content, arrangement, graphics, written copy, and PACKCOVE TRAVEL branding are owned by or licensed to AeroStock LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided subject to the express descriptions and applicable warranties stated at purchase. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
