Contract terms applying to product purchases
These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased from PACKCOVE TRAVEL through https://packcovetravel.com. The seller is AeroStock LLC.
Product information
Product pages describe the item, included quantity, price, available options, dimensions, materials, and other relevant details. Customers should review the listing before ordering. Props shown for context are not included unless stated.
Price, currency, and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Standard U.S. shipping is free for eligible orders. We do not use a compare-at price unless a genuine former price and promotion are actually available.
Order formation and payment
An order is submitted when checkout is completed. Receipt of an automated confirmation acknowledges the order but does not prevent cancellation for payment failure, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, destination restriction, or an obvious listing error. Payment is authorized or charged through the selected provider at checkout or order confirmation according to that provider’s processing rules.
Accepted methods: Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments is available only when offered at checkout and is subject to eligibility and the provider’s separate terms. Amazon Pay is not currently enabled.
Fulfillment and delivery
The business-day cutoff is 2:00 PM ET. Processing takes 1-2 business days, transit normally takes 3-5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds
Cancellation and changes may be requested before shipment. Return or exchange authorization must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. An authorized return must be sent within 14 calendar days after authorization. We pay authorized return and exchange shipping and charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection, followed by the provider’s usual 3-10-business-day posting period.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information; review compatibility and dimensions; follow product-care and safety instructions; and contact us promptly about delivery or product problems.
