Review the product description for materials, dimensions, quantity and included items. Scene accessories are not included unless expressly listed.
Prices and charges
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping throughout all 50 U.S. states is free, with no minimum purchase.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Order confirmation
We email confirmation after your order is placed. If payment fails, stock is unavailable or an error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
Delivery
We provide free standard shipping throughout all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
The order cutoff is 2:00 PM ET on business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days and estimated transit takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.

Returns and exchanges
We accept returns of defective and non-defective products, including new and lightly used items. Direct exchanges are accepted, subject to replacement availability.
Request authorization within 30 calendar days after delivery. Mail your return within 14 calendar days after authorization using the free prepaid return label included in your package.
Original packaging is not required. We pay authorized return and exchange shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
We complete inspection and process approved refunds within 5 calendar days after receiving the return. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need another 3–10 business days to display the refund.

Cancellations and changes
Request cancellations, address corrections and order changes before shipment. We will confirm whether the request can be completed. Once shipped, orders must be handled through the return process after delivery.

AEROSTOCK LLC is responsible for resolving customer order, delivery, return, exchange and refund enquiries. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.
